Control method of hot water heating device

Abstract

【課題】温水往き温度をできるだけ低下させて熱ロスを減らすと共に、室温を制御することができるようにした温水暖房装置の制御方法を提供する。 【解決手段】熱源機で加熱した温水を複数の温水暖房端末器へ循環させて建物の暖房を行う温水暖房装置において、以下の式1〜式4によって目標温水往き温度Tosを算出し、(式1)w=QA(Ts−Ta)/N、(式2) T =f(w)+Ts、(式3)ΔT=QA(Ts−Ta)/F・k、(式4)Tos= T +(ΔT/2)、熱源機から送出する温水往き温度Toがこの目標温水往き温度Tosになるように熱源機の出力を制御すると共に、熱源機に戻ってくる温水戻り温度Tiの安定後に、式5によってQAの値を算出し、(式5)QA=(To−Ti)F・k/(Ts−Ta)、式5で算出されたQAの値を用いて式1〜式4によって目標温水往き温度Tosを再度算出するようにした。 【選択図】図1
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a hot water heating device capable of reducing heat loss by lowering a hot water going temperature as low as possible, and controlling a room temperature. <P>SOLUTION: In this hot water heating device for heating a building by circulating the hot water heated by a heat source machine to a plurality of hot water heating terminals, a target hot water going temperature Tos is calculated according to following formulas 1-4: (formula 1) w=QA(Ts-Ta)/N; (formula 2) T=f(w)+Ts; (formula 3) ΔT=QA(Ts-Ta)/F×k; and (formula 4) Tos=T+(ΔT/2). The output of the heat source machine is controlled so that the hot water going temperature To from the heat source machine reaches the target hot water going temperature Tos, a value of QA is calculated according to a formula 5: QA=(To-Ti)F×k/(Ts-Ta) after stabilizing a hot water returning temperature Ti returned to the heat source machine, and the target hot water going temperature Tos is recalculated according to the formulas 1-4 by using the value of QA calculated according to the formula 5. Here, w is coefficient of heat loss of building, A is floor area of building, Ts is set heating room temperature, Ta is outside air temperature, T is average temperature inside of terminal, N is number of hot water heating terminals installed in building, f(w) is correlation data of heating output per one hot water heating terminal and a value obtained by subtracting set room temperature from average temperature of inside of terminal, F is hot water circulation flow rate, and k is coefficient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
